Off to buy some urns

If all goes as planned tomorrow Mum, the boy’s and I are off to buy some urns.
I have always wanted to have a spiral shaped European Box in an old cast iron urn.
I bought the European Box plants on Saturday…now I need the urns.
I would love to buy a few small ones to force some bulbs in over winter, and for
a little topiary or my olive tree standard for inside.
They would never look as divine as these ones designed by Bountiful for the Emmy’s.

I love these squat shaped ones for inside. I can picture some Hyacinth’s sprouting out of one of these in the depths of winter.

…but this is the style I would ultimately want for either side of my door…
oh, and look they just happen to have Hydrangeas in them!!
I will show you my wares, once I have them home and planted.

  • Have fun searching – I hope you find them! With the house’s fresh coat of paint, and the urns with the topiaries, the front of your house will look fabulous!
And I hope your day tomorrow is better and less stressful than today Ness.

  • My boys have been to many flea markets and antique shops! They have even gotten the collecting bug. Charlie now collects old soda bottles and comic books. Nick has a growing collection of snow globes on one of his shelves.

I hope you find a gorgeous pair of urns.
I always think the search is the best part.
Love all of these images (I’m sure you could have guessed that!).
Those blue hydrangeas make me miss my blooms.
Hydrangeas here in California are merely winter sticks right now.

  • I am really finding that first one quite inspirational for my wedding. I had a different image saved of an urn that I am thinking for the seating card table. I think I am liking yours more. Thank you!
