This afternoon I felt a little flat and laid on the sofa with my coffee and watched the boys outside with their Dad on the trampoline, basking in the warm afternoon sun. It was lovely. I have been so busy of late, that these little things that I normally hold dear, have gone under the radar. It was an afternoon I needed.
